 Glenelg
Scuba has been teaching people how to dive since 1983 and
has established itself as an industry leader, winning many Industry
awards for the excellence of its training and facilities. Glenelg
Scuba started in the old site pictured. In early 2000 we finished
building our new custom built dive training Centre, the only
one of its kind in South Australia, which features state of
the art lecture and training areas. With a heated indoor training
pool and fully surveyed dive vessels moored at our back door,
diving has never been easier or more convenient.
Glenelg Scuba is located around 15
minutes from Adelaide’s CBD and the Centre is located
in the heart of Adelaide’s premier seaside suburb of Glenelg.
Our dive sites are all within a 20-minute boat ride from our
Centre. Glenelg Scuba Diving is a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development
Centre, training people from Beginner to Instructor level;
we have a Job Placement network in place and the people we
have trained are now working all over the world and our Instructor
candidates are highly sought after.
Glenelg Scuba is a full service dive facility featuring training, retailing the world's best diving equipment brands, a full service laboratory, all PADI courses from Beginner to Instructor, Instructor specialty Training, Instructor training up to Master Instructor, Industry training in marketing and retail sales as well as many PADI specialty programs.
Glenelg Scuba has been operating a professional dive charter service for local, interstate and overseas divers for the past 18 years. During that time we have literally operated thousands of charter dives to many different areas off the South Australian Coast.
